We hope you will be delighted with your purchase. As a small independent family business, we take great care in providing our books and want every customer to enjoy their experience with us.

1. Changing your mind
If you purchase a book or other standard product from our website, you normally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
To cancel, simply email us at r.westrip@sky.com within that period, quoting your order number.
Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Please take reasonable care of your purchase and package it securely for its return. You will normally be responsible for the direct cost of return postage when changing your mind.
We will provide the return address when you contact us.
2. Refunds
If you cancel an eligible order, we will refund the purchase price together with the applicable standard delivery charge originally paid.
If you selected a more expensive delivery service, we are only required to refund the cost of our standard delivery option.
Refunds will be made using your original payment method, without unnecessary delay and within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back.
We may make a deduction if an item has been handled beyond what would reasonably be necessary to examine it and its value has consequently been reduced.
3. Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your book arrives damaged, faulty or is not the item you ordered, please contact us at r.westrip@sky.com.
Include your order number and a brief description of the problem. A photograph would be helpful where possible.
We will arrange an appropriate refund or replacement in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
Where goods need to be returned because they are faulty or incorrect, we will cover reasonable return postage costs.
4. Personalised products
Certain products made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised may be excluded from the normal 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right.
Any such exception will be made clear when purchasing.
Your statutory rights relating to faulty or incorrectly described goods remain unaffected.
